Warm Welcome From History Friends

August 22, 2023; my second day in Cao Lanh. The night before, my friends and I had hung out at a cafe in front of the campus. There I had made a promise with Tina (one of our buddies) that tomorrow he would take me to meet the friends from history. And this was the day.



That morning, around 9 a.m., I went to the reading space in building H1 of DThU. There I was welcomed by my friends from history. They were very friendly and welcoming. They did not hesitate to greet me and invite me around, especially to look for books related to history.



The history books here are also very comprehensive, although almost all the books are in Vietnamese.







I also invited other delegates to go with me, and my friends from DThU history were very kind and welcomed them as well as me. They were really friendly and kind.

Warm Welcome From DThU

August 23, 2023; that day all delegates of batch 9 of this wave were complete, both from Indonesia and the Philippines. That morning, we were invited to the English Hangout Club in building H1 for a welcoming meeting and orientation meeting. Before entering, we captured the moment in front of the building. We were greeted with smiles. The event began with a welcome speech; from Indonesia represented by Rifka-UII, and then continued with the delivery of the profile of Dong Thap University. After that, gifts were given to welcome the arrival of all delegates. After that, we took pictures to capture this precious moment. Treasure in Vietnam

In this world, I believe that everything happens for a reason, and so do meetings and partings. Therefore, I will introduce you to the treasures I met in Vietnam. This is Alya and Angga. They are friends who come from the same university but have different majors from me. Although we are from the same university, they and I have not met at all, so this program is our first meeting. It's like Alya and I have a connection with people who have been friends for more than 10 years. Alya is a physics major, so I guess she likes things that can be solved clearly and logically.
